Welcome to my new home! Since I am hubby’s ONLY official cook, I wanted to blog about my adventures in our small, incomplete kitchen. I said ONLY official cook because you could imagine him asking me if I am the one who cooked the dish or my sister though sometimes, my sister cooks but I am seasoning the dish…as if I am still the one who cooked.
I am not really into cooking when I was still studying because Mamang cooks for us. But when I left our home to work away from our place, I began to discover that passion in cooking. Glad that I am bringing with me (sort of stocked knowledge) all the recipes Mamang taught me to cook. Then little by little, new dishes are added to my collection of “can do” recipes in my mind. Everything was based on intuition…when I eat out and found a dish satisfying that I wanted to try cooking it, I imagine how it was cooked then try it at home.
So now I wanted to welcome you all to my home…my adventures in the kitchen.
